The Whitby Medical and Veterinary Society Dinner 2026

Saturday 2 May, from 18:00 in the Howard Theatre, Grace Howard Room and the Hall

Alumni are invited to the Whitby Medical and Veterinary Society Annual Dinner on Saturday 2 May.

This event beings at 18:00 with a talk in the Howard Theatre by Mr Dominic Summers (Downing, PhD 2009) a Consultant Transplant Surgeon at Addenbrooke's Hospital.  
 
The talk will be followed by drinks, in the Grace Howard Room, from 19:00-19:30 and then dinner in the Hall at 19:30.
 
The price of the dinner will be £67.50 per head including wine. If you would like to purchase an alcohol-free place, these are priced at £57.50 per head. You are welcome to bring a guest.
 
The dress code is Black Tie. 

If you would like to support students’ attendance at the dinner, please consider doing so by adding a donation to your booking. Any surplus from the alumni ticket sales will be deducted from the amount charged to students. Any support will be very gratefully received!
