Mathias Society Annual Dinner 2025

Saturday 1 February 2025; Drinks at 18:45 in The Senior Combination Room (SCR), followed by dinner in the Hall at 19:30

We are excited to invite you to the 2025 Mathias Society Annual Dinner. The event will commence with a drinks reception in the SCR from 18:45, followed by dinner in the Hall at 19:30. The price of the dinner will be £49.95 per head including wine and you may bring a guest. If you would like to purchase an alcohol-free place, these are priced at £39.95 per head.

The dress code is black-tie or equivalent (no gowns).

Please make your payment for the dinner via bank transfer to the Mathias Society bank account by 13:00 on Friday 17 January 2025. Regrettably, failure to complete a bank transfer by this date will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Please use your first initial and surname + "Mathias" as the reference, e.g. "J Bloggs Mathias".

If you would like to support students’ attendance at the dinner, please consider doing so by adding a donation to your bank transfer. Any surplus from the alumni ticket sales will be deducted from the amount charged to students. Any support will be very gratefully received!

The deadline for all bookings, payment and cancellation is 13:00 on Friday 17 January 2025. If you need to cancel a booking before this date, a refund will be issued.

We regret accommodation is not available in College as the students will be in residence. Limited car parking will be available.
