Engineering Society: Downing STEM Annual Dinner (Danby Society)

You are cordially invited to the Danby Society's Annual Dinner on Monday 12 May from 18:45.

This event is for current and old members of the Society. Guests of alumni in the Society welcome. 

The event will take place in the West Lodge & Maitland Room starting with a drinks reception at 18:45 and followed by a three-course formal dinner at 19:30.

The price of the dinner will be £54.95 per head including wine. If you would like to purchase an alcohol-free place, these are priced at £44.95 per head.

The dress code is Black Tie.

Please make your payment for the dinner via bank transfer to the Downing College bank account by 13:00 on Tuesday 29 April. Regrettably, failure to complete a bank transfer by this date will result in the cancellation of your booking.

If you would like to support students’ attendance at the dinner, please consider doing so by adding a donation to your bank transfer. Any surplus from the alumni ticket sales will be deducted from the amount charged to students. Any support will be very gratefully received! 

This dinner provides a thoroughly entertaining night, giving the opportunity to catch-up with one another and meet new members.
