Refund Policy: Donations to Downing College
If you have made a donation in error please contact the Development Office on 01223 334850 or by email: development@dow.cam.ac.uk and we will be happy to refund this for you.
Refund Policy: Event Booking Charges
If you have paid an event booking charge and are subsequently unable to attend please contact Sara Brinkley in the Development Office on 01223 334850 or by email: sjb244@cam.ac.uk If you are cancelling before the event closing date we will be happy to refund your payment. Refunds may be made after the event closing date depending on circumstances.
Online Transactions
Although the website uses encryption security software in areas where on line payment details are accepted, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by any User who transmits information by means of e-mail or other internet links shall be borne solely and exclusively by such User and in no event shall any such loss in whole or part be borne by Downing College.
