Forgotten Password

Please enter your email address and click Submit to receive an email containing your username and a link to click on to reset your password – be sure to check your junk folder in case it arrives there. If you do not receive a password reset email, please contact us at alumni.events@dow.cam.ac.uk.

Passwords must now be at least 12 characters in length and must contain at least one numeric, one special character (such as $, #, %, *) and one lowercase letter or one uppercase letter. The password cannot contain your name(s), username or organisation name in any text direction.

Once you have submitted a new password, please allow 15 minutes or so for the new password to percolate through the system before using it to log in. Thank you!
