Downing offers an excellent choice of flexible meeting facilities which can be tailored to meet your needs. These range from a small boardroom set up in one of our traditional meeting suites to a larger theatre style layout in the purpose built Howard Building Lecture Hall for up to 160 delegates.
Although giving the impression that the buildings are spread over acres of space it is surprising how compact the college domus is, with the accommodation, conference rooms and dining rooms all adjacent to each other. Our meeting rooms are supported with a full range of audio visual equipment, and for the larger booking using the lecture hall a conference office fitted with a computer workstation, broadband connection, printer and photocopier is available for use.
The centre of Cambridge is just a short walk from our main gates with the Cambridge rail station less than a mile away. A limited number of car parking spaces can be allocated within the college grounds according to availability.
